Our refund and return policy ensures transparency while safeguarding the value and security of our digital content.

1. Digital Products (eBooks)

All our products are digital downloads. For this reason, once your order is confirmed and the eBook file is delivered or downloaded, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

2. Refund Eligibility

We issue refunds only in the following rare situations:

  • You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.

  • You did not receive the download link or eBook file after completing your payment.

  • If your eBook file is corrupt or inaccessible, and even after contacting our support team, we are unable to fix the issue within 7 business days, you may qualify for a refund.

We will decline any request that does not meet the eligible conditions listed above

3. Refund Process

  • To help us process your request smoothly, email your request to digitalshopera@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
  • Also, remember to include your order number, payment receipt, and the reason for requesting a refund.
  • After you submit your request, our support team will carefully review it and get back to you within 3–5 business days.
  • After we approve your refund request, we’ll send the refund to the same payment method you used at checkout within 7–10 business days.

4. Order Cancellation

We process and deliver eBooks instantly once payment is successful, so cancellations are not possible after the transaction is completed. We encourage you to verify your email, product selection, and order details before finalizing your purchase.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer product exchanges. If you accidentally purchase the wrong item, contact us immediately at digitalshopera@gmail.com before downloading the file — we may be able to assist depending on the situation.
